Speaker Bio
TS Chew is the Assistant Director (Operations) of the Office of the Communications Authority, the executive arm of the Communications Authority (CA). The CA is an independent unified regulator for the telecommunications and broadcasting sectors in Hong Kong.
Mr Chew oversees spectrum planning and management activities to ensure efficient use of radio spectrum. His portfolio also includes radio monitoring and interference activities as well as setting and enforcing telecommunications standards in Hong Kong.
