Speaker Bio
Yosuke Murakami is a seasoned expert in the telecom regulatory field with over two decades of experience. He has spent more than ten years as a regulatory researcher and analyst, and another decade negotiating with government bodies and telecom operators at KDDI HQ. Currently, he serves as the Executive Director of the Think Tank Division at KDDI Research, Inc., where he supervises research, analysis, and dissemination activities related to ICT regulations, policies, and societal impacts.
Yosuke holds a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Tokyo. He has also been an active member of several major committees and academic societies, contributing his expertise to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, the International Telecommunications Society, the Japan Institute of Law and Information Systems, and the Japan Society of Information and Communication Research, among others.
