Speaker Bio
Omer is a researcher and scholar at Sungkyunkwan University in Seoul. He’s an expert in deep learning for flood modelling and disaster risk management, groundwater modelling, watershed analysis and management, deep learning for water-body extraction and mapping, water balance estimation.
His work focuses on hydrological modelling, water cycle and atmospheric interaction, Geospatial analysis and GIS, and deep learning for satellite image segmentation.
