The past 20 years leading different public and private sector telecommunications projects, including 12+ years in policy implementation, regulatory actions, strategy development, and risk management for both the public and private sectors, spanning business divisions throughout Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
As a digital transformation and change management lead, Ekaterine has a solid track record of successfully completing projects in the ICT, FMCG, and sustainable industries.
She developed regulatory and compliance policies and directed project implementation with a special emphasis on the convergence of EU policies and EU competition law enforcement.

Ekaterine holds an MBA from the University of Bradford School of Management and completed the Innovation Leadership programme at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Previously, she earned a master's degree in physics as well as a postgraduate diploma in artificial intelligence and fuzzy logic from Tbilisi State University, and she is currently pursuing an LL.M. in competition law and economics at the Brussels School of Competition (BSC).
