Eduardo is senior expert in information technology, software systems, and telecommunications. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering with a specialization in computer and control systems from the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina. He has further enhanced his knowledge with a Postgraduate Specialization in Telecommunications from the same university. Additionally, Eduardo has achieved postgraduate studies in project management, management development programs, and agile methodologies and products. With over 23 years of industry experience, Eduardo has worked in various technology areas, including operations, design, and development of service and network platforms. Now, as Director of Networks & Service Technology, Eduardo is responsible for driving the technological strategy of the network platforms ecosystem and conectivity services.
