Session Description
This one-day seminar will explore the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in accelerating digital transformation (DX) for Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and the broader digital ecosystem. Through THREE in-depth sessions, industry leaders and experts will focus on how AI is revolutionizing various facets of the telecommunications sector and beyond, along the value chain from networks, service platforms and applications extending out to the wider digital ecosystem creating innovative business models and revenue opportunities.
First session on “AI Network Transformation and Generative AI” will focus on how AI is reshaping network infrastructures and the innovative potential of generative AI. This session will aim to bridge the gap between these two transformative areas, highlighting their synergies and future trends.
Second session on “Enterprise AI, B2E (Business to Employee) AI and Consumer AI: technologies and commercial strategies” aims to explore of the different applications of AI across various domains. It will focus on the distinctions, applications, and impacts of AI on organizations, enterprises, employees, and consumers aiming to give a holistic view of AI’s role in modern business environments.
The third session on “AI Growth Strategies, Technologies, and Business Models” will focus on the rapidly evolving AI landscape, emphasizing key growth strategies, cutting-edge technologies, and innovative business models. The session will explore opportunities, challenges, and the unique position of MNOs as AI systems integrators. It will also address potential challenges such as overcoming technical hurdles, safeguarding privacy and data security, mitigating bias, and managing security risks, with a focus on collaborative leadership by MNOs and AI ecosystem players.
